aboutneck

The neck never stops working!

An average head weighs about 5kg (12 Lbs) and is held in place by our neck muscles and the cervical spine.

Degenerative changes and muscle fatigue are common problems. Poor posture is often a key aggravating factor.

Changes to your home and working environment are essential to minimise the mechanical strain placed on the neck.

aboutneck

The most common cause of back pain is a Postural Dysfunction. This refers to your spinal alignment both at rest and when performing activities.

To observe good posture in motion please look at athletes, tennis players and a Professional Golfers stance.
